| Advantages︰ | Features: The company produces Propylene Glycol Alginate (PGA), the alga acid abstracted from alga through deeper process, the appearance is white or light yellow powder, the liquor shows in thick colloid. The molecule structure has the two genes of hydrophile and lipophilic, therefore it has the features of emulsification, expandable, acidity resistance and stability, thickness and transparent. PG alginate is appreciated as a particularly effective thickener and stabilizer in some acid food applications.
Application: Lactic acid products, milk products, cold beverages, juices, beer, margarine, ice-cream, salad sauce, tomato sauce, emulsification essence, icing and syrup and other foodstuffs or its half products. |
